What percentage of the final home sale price do you charge?
In Michigan, the commission is usually 6% to be split between both the buyer's and seller's brokerages. There are circumstances to causes this to slightly fluctuate slightly.
Do I need a real estate lawyer as well?
In Michigan, a real estate lawyer is not required for a regular purchase or sale. It is perfectly fine if a buyer or seller decides to use a lawyer. In cases of more complicated transactions, having legal council can be very beneficial.
How will you find potential buyers/renters for my property?
Properties will be entered into MLS which will automatically list them on sites like Zillow, Realtor.com, etc. I will also launch social media campaigns to further attract protentional buyers and tenants.
